How does access work?
All plans start with a 20-minute demo. After the demo, your account is reviewed and activated — usually within 24 hours. You will receive an invite code to complete registration.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
What counts as one assessment?
Each new assessment created for a client firm counts as one assessment. Editing or re-downloading a completed assessment does not count against your limit. Starter includes 50 assessments/month; Professional includes 150 assessments/month.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial, but the demo session gives you a full walkthrough of the platform with a live assessment so you can see exactly what you are getting before committing.
What is your refund policy?
AML Compass is a digital subscription service. All payments are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
