Post-inspection remediation

After a supervisor's findings or penalty: a remediation plan, the fixes themselves, and the progress reports the supervisor can require.

What you receive

  • Review of the supervisor's findings, letter or penalty notice, and the records behind them
  • A remediation plan with an owner and a deadline for each finding
  • The fixes: risk assessment, policies, procedures or customer file templates rewritten as the findings require
  • Drafts of the periodic reports on remedial measures, where the supervisor has ordered them
  • Priced after we read the findings, since the work depends on them. You approve the quote before anything is invoiced

Why it matters

A supervisor that finds a violation can warn, fine from AED 10,000 to AED 5,000,000 per violation, restrict or suspend the business, or revoke the licence, and can order periodic reports on the steps taken to remedy it. The same violation repeated within a year can bring an incremental fine, so the fix has to hold.
